Pittsford Crew Scrimmage...September 18 
Pittsford Crew will be participating in the Pittsford Food Truck and Music Festival  on September 18th. 
From 10-1:30 on September 18th, come watch our Pittsford Crew teams scrimmage on the canal!  Varsity and Novice rowers should arrive at the Boathouse at 9:45, boats will start launching about 10:00.
There will be different races, with a different combination of rowers and boat sizes.
The finish line will be at Schoen Place, we hope that you will come and watch!  It will be a great way to meet other Pittsford Crew Parents and see our rowers in action!  P Crew Merchandise will be available for sale!  We hope everyone will come out to cheer on our athletes!

Hospitality

• Athletes in morning events should eat before they arrive.
• Rowers should bring water bottles
• Rowers with allergies should bring own food

Race Apparel

• Varsity
  • Unisuits or a Pittsford Crew shirt (unisuits that were ordered will NOT be in on time, but if you would like to borrow one, please contact merchandising@pittsfordcrew.org) 
  • Consider bringing a tech shirt for the cooler morning
• Novice 
  • Gray Pittsford Crew t-shirts (shirts should be in by this date and handed out at practice, if not please where a P Crew shirt, or a gray shirt) + tighter fitting (spandex) bottoms
  • Consider bringing a long-sleeve compression type shirt for the cooler morning

Boundaries

• Parents: Please avoid the area around our crew boat trailers. Think of the boat trailers as our athletes' locker room.
• Athlete Boundaries: Between the finish line to the north and the Fairport Crew boathouse to the south (marked in yellow in the map to the right).
• Athletes must...
  • remain at the regatta throughout the entire day.
  • remain within the venue boundaries.
    *If an athlete must leave the race venue during the day, they must...
    1. discuss their situation with, and obtain permission from, their coach before the regatta.
    2. notify their coach just prior to leaving the venue.
