Modified Sculling, open to athletes in grades 6-8, is a great way for our past Learn-To-Scull participants and those not yet ready to advance to our Scholastic Competitive Program (sweep) to further develop their skills, core strength, and flexibility. Sessions are held four days a week, for six weeks, and combine land training, tank work, erg work, and on-water instruction.

- For returning rowers, follow these steps to renew your waiver:
- Go to https://membership.usrowing.org
- Click on Log In under Individuals and log in using your member number and password
- On your profile page, click the blue button “Sign Agreement & Waiver” and follow the steps on screen
- Done!
Step 5: Health Forms
- Please email your child's most recent doctor's health appraisal (if new or changed since previous season)
- Email forms to health@pittsfordcrew.org
- All assessments need to have been done in the last 12 months.
Step 6: Swim Test
- Applicable to new rowers only
- All rowers must take a swim test.
- If you are part of a local swim club, please go there to complete the form.
- Swim tests can be completed at the YMCA, JCC or with any certified lifeguard
