Refund Policy

Pittsford Crew offers full and partial refunds under the following conditions:

Athletes joining late due to school commitments:

• Pro-rated refund based on individual circumstances
• Contact the Registrar for details.

Cancellation before the start of the program/season:

• Full registration refunded

Cancellation during the 1st week of the program/season:

• Half of registration refunded

​Cancellation due to an injury or medical condition:

• Pro-rated refund upon receipt of a doctor's note

Cancellation after the 1st week of the program/season:

• No refund
