Rower Drop:
  • 6:45am @ Regatta Site
  • Parents are responsible for providing transportation to/from the regatta site.
  • Rowers are not allowed to drive themselves.
  • Athletes should be dropped off at the designated drop-off zone (see lower right of image).
    • Drop Location: Roundhouse_Shelter_Entrance
      • Turn off Elmwood Ave. onto Moore Road, across from the University of Rochester.  Do not park.
      • Athletes will get off in the drop-off zone and proceed along the short pathway along the parking lot.
      • Parents can then proceed around the park and out onto Elmwood Avenue.
  • Parents and spectators are suggested to park in the UR Medical parking lots.  ​
Important Times:
  • Coach's & Cox's Meeting:  7:15am at the Roundhouse Pavillion
  • First Event:  8:30am 
  • Last Race:  3:00pm (approximately)
  • Athlete Pick-up:  TBD - after final race and trailer packing (athletes will let you know)

Parking:
  • Parents and spectators are suggested to park in the UR Medical parking lots. 

Rower Dress Code:
  • Rowers:  Unisuits
  • All athletes should prepare for a cool, rainy day with tech shirts and sweatshirts
  • It is suggested that you bring a plastic bag (garbage bag) to place your backpacks/bags inside of should it rain as well as additional clothing to stay warm and change into if wet.

Hospitality:
  • Athletes should eat before they arrive
  • Athletes should bring water bottles
  • The Pittsford Crew Hospitality Tent will be onsite, providing breakfast & lunch to all athletes (beginning at 7:30am) & lunch (from 11-2pm) to all athletes (Menu Located HERE). Please note the tent will close at 2:30pm.

General Reminders:
  • Rowers are reminded to NOT bring hammocks.
  • Rowers must stay at the race site for the duration of the regatta
  • All awards will be presented at the end of the day at the trailer, prior to departure, AFTER the trailer is fully packed.
  • Rowers cannot depart until all boats are derigged, loaded and the trailer is fully packed.​

Boundaries:
  • Parents:
    • Please avoid the area around our crew boat trailers.
    • Think of the boat trailers as our athletes' locker room.
  • Athletes:
    • Athletes must remain at the regatta throughout the entire day.
    • Athletes must remain within the venue boundaries (see yellow area on image).
    • If an athlete must leave the race venue during the day, they must discuss their situation with, and obtain permission from, their coach before the regatta and notify their coach just prior to leaving the venue.
