​Rower Drop:

• All coxswains & Rowers: 7:45am​
• Location:  Pittsford Department of Public Works / Village Lane
  • The DPW is located on Village Lane, behind the Del Monte Lodge. 
• Note that The Del Monte may not allow parents to cut through their parking lot. Your best bet is to turn onto Elm St. off of North Main St then turn left onto Grove St.

Important Times:

• Coach's & Cox's Meeting:  8:15am
• First Event:  9:30am
• First Event for Pittsford Crew:  9:30am
• Athlete Pick-up:  TBD - at the boathouse, after the final race once all equipment is stowed. 

Parking:

• Parents and spectators can park near the drop-off location.  Parking attendants will be onsite for assistance.

Rower Dress Code:

• Unisuits
• All athletes should prepare for a beautiful but chilly fall day with options to stay warm and dry should the weather change.

Hospitality:

• Athletes should eat before they arrive
• Athletes should bring water bottles
• The Pittsford Crew Hospitality Tent will be onsite, providing breakfast & lunch to all athletes (beginning at 7:30am) & lunch (from 11-2pm) to all athletes (Menu Located HERE). Please note the tent will close at 2:30pm.

General Reminders:

• Rowers must stay at the race site for the duration of the regatta
• All awards will be presented at the boathouse at the conclusion of the event.
• Rowers from both men's and women's teams cannot depart until all boats are stowed in the boathouse and regatta equipment is put away.​

Boundaries:

• Parents:
  • Please avoid the area around our crew boat trailers.
  • Think of the boat trailers as our athletes' locker room.
• Athletes:
  • Athletes must remain at the regatta throughout the entire day.
  • Athletes must remain along the towpath between the DPW and the State Street bridge by Label 7.
• If an athlete must leave the race venue during the day, they must discuss their situation with, and obtain permission from, their coach before the regatta and notify their coach just prior to leaving the venue.
