The following terms and conditions are provided to help create the safest environment possible for our community. The moment you join a Pittsford Crew discussion group, you agree to each of the following terms & conditions. Violation of any of these may result in disciplinary action taken by Pittsford Crew. Disciplinary action is at the sole discretion of Pittsford Crew and may include banishment from the online discussion groups and expulsion from the club itself.
- Participation in Pittsford Crew chat groups is limited to:
- parents and guardians of registered Pittsford Crew athletes
- Pittsford Crew coaches, board members and employees. Athletes may not join these groups.
- You must use your real first and last name when you join a group. This is required so that we may ensure that all participants are affiliated with Pittsford Crew. Screen names are not allowed.
- Use of the platform is limited to Pittsford Crew related discussions and activities only.
- The online groups are provided as a service of Pittsford Crew. Pittsford Crew is not responsible for the opinions and information posted within the chat site by others. In no event shall Pittsford Crew be liable for any special, indirect, or consequential damages or any damages whatsoever resulting from loss of use, data, or profits, arising out of or in connection with the use or performance of any information or comments posted.
- You may not post any information or other comments protected by copyright without the permission of the copyright owner. By posting material, the posting party warrants and represents that he or she owns the copyright with respect to such material or has received permission from the copyright owner. In addition, the posting party grants Pittsford Crew and members of the online group the nonexclusive right and license to display, copy, publish, distribute, transmit, print, and use such comments, information, or other material.
- Pittsford Crew, a private organization, reserves the right to actively monitor its online groups for inappropriate postings and undertake editorial control (e.g. censorship and deletion) of postings.

Any harassment, abuse or threats, either direct or indirect, to Pittsford Crew, its coaches, employees, volunteers or board members will result in immediate and permanent expulsion from the organization.
- Advertising of any kind is prohibited.
- Exception: You may use the groups to facilitate buying and selling of personally owned, crew related equipment and clothing.
- Spamming and solicitation of goods and services will not be tolerated. This includes the posting of links to other sites for the purpose of advertising as opposed to providing helpful information.
- Impersonation of any Pittsford Crew board member, coach, volunteer or employee is prohibited.
- Use of any automated scripts or bots is prohibited.
- We urge you not to share any personal information. Pittsford Crew is not responsible for any type of harm caused due to sharing things such as your personal e-mail, telephone number and street address.
- The consistent use of CAPITAL letters is discouraged. Using capital lettering infrequently to make a point is fine but refrain from using capital letters as much as possible; this will prevent others from assuming that your attitude is hostile. Continued use following a warning may result in a permanent ban from this network.
