Event Schedule:  ​Schedule
  • Note:  Most Boys events will be held on Saturday, while most Girls events are on Sunday
  • Note:  Athletes are not required to attend both days
Pittsford Entries on Streamline Rowing:  Pittsford Crew Entries

Athlete Drop Off:
  • 6:45am @ Regatta Site on Saturday
  • 7:15am @ Regatta Site on Sunday
    • GPS Address: 1460 Route 9P, Saratoga Springs, NY 12866
    • Parents are responsible for providing transportation to/from the regatta site.
  • Rowers are not allowed to drive themselves.
  • Rowers are to be dropped off according to the directions indicated on the map below
    • Drop Location: Lee's Trailer Park Entrance​​

Parking:
  • There is NO ON-SITE Parking
  • ​​Parking information can be found on the regatta website:  NYS Scholastic Championship
  • General Parking will be available at the Saratoga Casino Hotel.  It is a few minutes away from the venue.
    • Location:  Saddle Rd.  ​
    • Off-site parking is available at the Saratoga Casino, which is free. Shuttles will run every 15 minutes from 6 AM to 6 PM on Saturday and Sunday. There will be a $5 fee (cash only) for riding the shuttle. This link will take you from the regatta site to parking at the Casino.​ The address for parking at the Casino is 21 Nelson Ave, Saratoga Springs NY 12866.
      ​There is NO regatta parking in the Stewart's Shops lot

Rower Dress Code:
  • All Athletes:  Unisuits
  • A tech shirt is recommended for the cooler morning.  Note that it will be cooler on and near the water and rain is likely.

Hospitality:
  • Athletes should eat before they arrive
  • Athletes should bring water bottles (a water station will be available onsite)
  • The Pittsford Crew Hospitality Tent will be onsite, providing breakfast & lunch to all athletes, both days.
    • Grab and Go breakfast beginning at 7:00 am
      Breakfast beginning at 8:00 am (eggs, turkey & pork sausage, fruit & yogurt parfaits) 
      Lunch 11:30-2:30 (pulled chicken sandwiches, Mac & Cheese, caprese sticks)
      The hospitality tent will close at 2:30 pm
    • Families are welcome to enjoy the food with a donation!


General Reminders:
  • Rowers are reminded to NOT bring hammocks.
  • Rowers must stay within the venue area for the duration of the regatta
  • All awards will be presented at the end of each day.
  • Rowers cannot depart until all boats are derigged, loaded and the trailer is fully packed.​

Boundaries:
  • Athletes must remain at the regatta throughout the entire day.
  • Athletes must remain within the venue boundaries (see image).
  • If an athlete must leave the race venue during the day, they must discuss their situation with, and obtain permission from, their coach before the regatta and notify their coach just prior to leaving the venue.
